Merch Troop is based in Orange County, which means your event is a truck ride from the shop, not a freight itinerary. Late blank additions, a forgotten extra patch box, a last-minute second press — problems that would sink a destination event get solved with a drive. There is no travel fee anywhere in the county, and our local vendor relationships (blanks, staging, rentals) run deepest here.

Local timing advantages

Standard patch production still needs its two to three weeks, but everything after that compresses: same-week site visits, morning-of load-ins, and the ability to say yes to short-notice station changes. If your date is close and your artwork is ready, OC is the market where a tight timeline is most likely to work — ask about your date before assuming it is too late.
