The right patch wall for the right room.
A patch bar is not one-size-fits-all. The collection, the blanks, and the pacing change with the crowd โ here is how we build for each event type.
Corporate events
Summits, holiday parties, and onboarding weeks. Department badges, values marks, and milestone-year patches that people actually wear to the office after.
Corporate patch bars →Trade shows
The booth-traffic machine. A patch wall gives attendees a reason to stop, stay four minutes, and leave wearing your logo through the hall.
Trade show patch bars →Weddings & parties
Date patches, varsity initials, and inside jokes on hats and totes. A favor bar that doubles as entertainment between dinner and dancing.
Wedding & party patch bars →Brand activations
Limited-edition patch drops, co-branded collections, and festival pop-ups where the merch line is the content.
Activation patch bars →Common thread
What every format shares.
Whatever the room, the mechanics hold: a custom patch collection produced two to three weeks ahead from your artwork, a mix-and-match wall sized to the guest count, staffed commercial presses, and a handoff that sends people back into the event wearing the thing they just built. The variables we tune per event type are collection depth, blank selection, line pacing, and how loud the station should be.
Not sure which page you are? Plenty of events straddle categories โ a 300-person user conference is a corporate event with trade show pacing, and a company holiday party at a Vegas venue borrows from both the corporate and destination playbooks. The labels matter less than the inputs: crowd size, energy level, and what you want guests carrying out the door. Send the details and we will sort the format for you.
Booking a date this season?
Patch production needs two to three weeks of runway โ the earlier we start artwork, the more style options stay open.
