The trade show patch bar: engineered dwell time.

Nobody remembers the booth with the candy bowl. They remember the booth where they built a hat — and they wear that hat past every competitor in the hall.

Why patches beat throwaway swag on the floor

Trade show giveaways get triaged at the hotel: keep, trash, forget. A patch piece survives because the attendee made choices — which patch, which placement, which hat. That choice takes three to five minutes at your booth, which is three to five minutes your team has to open a conversation while the press does its work. The finished cap then walks the hall for the rest of the show doing silent outreach.

Built for exhibit-floor reality

  • Footprint: the patch wall mounts inside a 10x10 or against a 10x20 back wall; single-press layouts squeeze into inline booths.
  • Power: one standard booth drop per press — order it with your electrical package.
  • Pacing: two presses clear 60–80 placements an hour; badge-scan-to-press flows let your team qualify while guests wait the sixty seconds.
  • Convention cities: we run Anaheim, LA, and San Diego without a travel fee, and Las Vegas constantly — see the Vegas page for freight timing.

The collection strategy

Show collections stay tight: your logo patch, a product-line mark or two, one design themed to the show city, and one collectible that changes per show day. The daily drop brings attendees back — and gives your team a second conversation.
